A hugely-respected rail professional, Adam provides the drive, ambition and strategic direction for Ark, gleaned from almost twenty years spent in the field of railway signalling.

Adam is passionate about growing the reputation and capability of Ark to ensure that we’re at the forefront of our clients’ minds when new opportunities arise.

He thrives on the ability to provide scope for our people to develop and fulfil their potential in a safe and respectful environment.

Technically proficient and accredited to provide signalling assurance for legacy signalling modifications in a metro environment, Adam also performs Contractor Responsible Engineer (CRE) and Contractors Engineering Management (CEM) duties on the main line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services
  • Lead, direct and mentor the company resources to ensure timely delivery of the project schedule
  • Manage financial performance and monitor progress against the business plan to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible
