Ark provided signalling assurance acting on behalf of the Professional Head of Signalling for all legacy signalling alterations across the London Underground infrastructure.

Provision of Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) and Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) to facilitate Network Rail acceptance of signalling designs on the Wimbledon branch.

Engineering management and project engineering services

Ark provided engineering management for the technical integration of signalling, earthing, bonding, redundant asset recoveries and wayside infrastructure projects to support the line upgrade programme.

Ark also managed the delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering assurance products in pathway to TfL Standard S1538 and the Governance of Railway Infrastructure Projects (GRIP) process to Network Rail Standard NR/L2/INI/02009 for the line upgrade works.

Ark provided project engineering services to support the engineering management of technical integration for the line upgrade works.
